Exclusive vs non-exclusive representation?
Exclusive means ACCA is your only agent for covered work; non-exclusive lets you work with others too. Your agreement sets the exact scope.
How long is the agreement?
The term and any renewal are set out in your written agreement, which you review before signing.
What commission does ACCA take?
No upfront fees. ACCA earns an agreed commission from paid work booked through us, and the rate is disclosed before you sign.
What if a third party approaches me?
Refer any direct offers to ACCA so they can be handled under your agreement.
Who approves and negotiates work?
ACCA negotiates and confirms bookings on your behalf; some work may need ACCA approval under your agreement.
Who signs contracts and collects payment?
ACCA arranges contracts for booked work; how and when you are paid is set out in your agreement.
Social media and account ownership?
Any social-media management is optional and defined in your agreement; you keep ownership of your personal accounts unless agreed otherwise.
How are my photos and profile used?
Your public profile and any promotional use of your media need your consent. See the Talent Privacy Notice for what is public.
Who owns my portfolio?
You keep ownership of your portfolio and media; use of ACCA-produced materials after representation is set out in your agreement.
How do I end representation?
Termination terms — including notice and any commission on work already secured through ACCA — are set out in your agreement.
How are complaints handled?
Raise a concern any time through our Complaints Procedure, and we will respond and work to resolve it.
