1. Who we are
Art City Casting Agency (ACCA) operates this website as a talent representation and casting service. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Using the platform
You may browse public talent profiles, apply for representation, or submit a casting brief. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the platform, scrape data, or contact represented talent directly outside ACCA.
All casting inquiries, negotiations, bookings and confirmations are managed exclusively through ACCA.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
4. Representation
Applying for representation does not guarantee acceptance. Representation is governed by a separate written agreement. Commission and terms are disclosed before you sign — see the Representation FAQ.
5. Intellectual property & liability
