Talent Privacy Notice
How ACCA collects, uses and protects the personal data of talent and applicants.
What data we collect
Photographs, videos (showreels), voice samples, physical measurements, professional history, contact details and — where required — identity documents.
Why we collect it
To review your application, build your public profile (where approved), match you to casting opportunities, and manage representation.
What becomes public vs. private
Public: professional headshots and gallery, stage name, category, age range (never your exact date of birth), languages, skills, showreel and CV.
Never public: telephone numbers, home address, identity documents and personal email. These are used internally only.
Who can access your data & what is shared with producers
Approved ACCA staff, and — for matched opportunities — the minimum professional details shared with a producer. [ACCA to confirm exactly what is shared.]
Retention, consent withdrawal & deletion
How long we keep rejected applications, how you can withdraw consent, and how to request deletion of your data. See the Data-deletion request page.
Whether uploaded media may be used for ACCA promotion — this requires your explicit consent. [ACCA / lawyer to finalise retention periods and legal basis.]
