Origins and Purpose
The project was conceived as a modern compound city dedicated to artists and creators. With more than 3,400 planned residential and commercial units, Art City is designed as a place where artistic professionals can live, work and create.
Program Schedule and Weekly Grid
Art City has advanced through multiple stages of approval with the Kurdistan Regional Government Board of Investment and related ministries, and currently awaits land allocation from the Erbil Municipality.
Creative Ecosystem
In parallel to construction planning, the company has developed an integrated creative ecosystem through ACC, AC Studios, AC Production, ACCA, AC Music, AC Marketing, AC Distribution and the planned EICM.
